Apply No-Tax-on-Overtime deduction — For tax years 2025–2028, eligible workers can deduct the overtime premium (the extra half-time pay), up to $12,500 a year ($25,000 joint), per IRS. This estimate does not model the phase-out above $150,000 of modified AGI ($300,000 joint). Social Security and Medicare still apply.
